SMS Programme Terms
These are the full terms of the DigitEMB text-message (SMS) programmes referred to in our Privacy Policy. You opt in from inside your own DigitEMB account by entering your mobile number and ticking the box for the programme you want. The boxes are never ticked by default, and consent to receive promotional text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
The Programmes
- Order updates by text — messages about your order status: order received, design ready, and payment received. Message frequency depends on your order activity.
- Offers and news by text — up to 4 promotional messages per month. Never required to place an order.
- Order updates on WhatsApp — where offered, order-status messages on WhatsApp. This is separate from text messages; stop it at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by unticking the box in your account.
Message and data rates may apply to every programme. Each programme is described next to its own tick-box in your account, and the exact consent wording shown to you is recorded when you opt in.
Opting Out and Getting Help
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by unticking the box in your account. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@digitemb.com, for help.
Your Number Is Protected
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with the subcontractors who perform supporting services for us, such as our SMS delivery provider, is permitted solely so that the messages you asked for can be delivered to you, and for no other purpose.
Consent Records
When you opt in we record which programme you agreed to, the mobile number you gave, the exact wording that was displayed to you at the time, and the date. We keep that record so that we can always demonstrate what you agreed to. If you opt out we keep a record of the opt-out as well.
