Per-unit pricing depends on size, coverage and quantity. A typical 3.5-inch morale patch runs $3.20–$5.40 at 100+, dropping toward $2.10 at 1,000+. Velcro backing adds a small per-unit cost over plain sew-on.
Yes. The soft loop side is sewn to the patch; we include the matching hook field (adhesive-backed or sew-on) so you can mount it on gear right away. If your garment or gear already has a panel, tell us whether it is hook or loop and provide its dimensions. Confirm the mating side, field size and mounting method in the proof. Use a mounting adhesive only when it is specified for the intended surface and laundering conditions.
The minimum order starts at 10 patches, although you can request a sample first to check quality.
Yes. We offer embroidered, woven or PVC faces with hook-and-loop backing. Share the expected wear, washing and outdoor exposure so the face material and attachment can be selected for the application.
Production typically takes 7 to 12 business days, and shipping time varies by location. Rush orders may be available. Free US shipping over $80.
Vector (AI/EPS/SVG/PDF) is best; high-res PNG/JPG works too. We'll redraw a sketch or screenshot before production with one approval round.
Simply share your artwork or idea, patch size, quantity and preferred backing. We will create a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Most Velcro patches range from 2 to 4 inches, depending on their purpose. We can also create any custom size based on your needs.
Refunds are available if the product arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved proof. Custom designs cannot be refunded once production begins.
The average turnaround time is 10 to 15 days including design approval, production and shipping.
Yes, sample packs are available so you can check material quality, stitching and backing options before placing a bulk order.
