Embroidery digitizing
Artwork, final width and height, fabric, placement, machine format and deadline.
- Check finished dimensions and orientation.
- Check text, colors and intended placement.
- Test the file on the intended fabric before a production run.
Vector artwork
Best source image, intended use, output formats, dimensions and color references.
- Inspect edges, lettering and small details.
- Check the agreed colors and final dimensions.
- Open the delivered files in the receiving print or cutting workflow.
Custom patches
Artwork, width and height, quantity, patch type, backing and delivery destination.
- Review the spelling, colors, shape and actual dimensions.
- Confirm the backing, border and quantities per design.
- Confirm the sample/proof process and shipping destination before production.
Stickers & labels
Artwork or text, size, quantity, surface, cut format and intended exposure.
- Check text, trim line and border at actual size.
- Check colors against the intended application surface.
- Confirm material, adhesive, finish, quantities and care instructions.
Before you send artwork
Keep the original
Send the best available source rather than a screenshot of a screenshot. Include font and color references when they matter. If a file is unsuitable, ask about redrawing or simplification.
Confirm the final use
State the output format or physical product, width and height with units, quantities and deadline. Supply artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
