What you are ordering

Embroidery digitizing prepares instructions for a sewing machine. It is a digital service; ordering a file does not include a stitched garment or a batch of physical patches.

Know what your quote covers.

Price & scope

Artwork complexity, finished size, fabric, placement and requested edits affect the quote. Confirm the machine format and whether an editable source file is included.

Timing & changes

Share your required arrival or file-delivery date. Ask when work starts, what approval is needed and how changes affect the price and schedule.

For physical products, include your country and postal code so transit can be estimated separately.

Questions before you order.

What should I send for logo embroidery digitizing?

Logo source, smallest text, brand colors, garment and finished logo dimensions.

Can I send a JPG, PNG or PDF?

Send the clearest original artwork you have, plus the final embroidery size. A picture is a reference for digitizing; changing its filename to DST or PES will not create a stitch file.

Can I resize the file later?

Ask for the size you intend to sew. A stitch file may need adjustment or redigitizing after resizing; changing dimensions alone can change density and the result.

Does the file work on every fabric?

Tell us the fabric and placement when ordering. Reusing a file on a different garment may need a new review.

Is a stitched sample included?

Confirm the proof and sew-out scope with the quote. A screen preview is not a physical sew-out, and final results also depend on the machine setup.
