PVC carries a one-time mold fee (typically $40–$80) plus a per-unit cost. Per-unit runs about $2.40–$4.80 at 100+, dropping toward $1.40 at 1,000+. The mold is reusable for reorders at no extra charge.

A molded PVC face resists water, but the backing and attachment also need to suit the intended use. Tell us about immersion, washing, sun exposure and chemicals so the material, mounting and care requirements can be confirmed.
2D PVC commonly uses flat-topped raised and recessed areas with defined edges. 3D PVC adds rounded or sculpted contours. Confirm the relief, overall thickness and detail limits in the proof, since suppliers may describe these options differently. 3D costs a little more in tooling but reads premium.
