Minimums depend on the selected patch type and specification. Include the quantity you need and request confirmation; do not assume the same minimum applies to leather, PVC, chenille and embroidered patches.
Which backing should I choose?
Describe the item and how it will be used. Sew-on suits a stitched attachment; iron-on needs heat-compatible material; hook-and-loop suits removable applications. Confirm availability for your patch type.
Can I approve the design first?
Ask for the proof or sample process in your quote. Confirm spelling, dimensions, material and backing before approving production; clarify whether a physical sample has an additional cost.
What if there is a problem with the order?
Keep the approved specification and photographs of any issue, then contact the team. Confirm the applicable claim window and remedy before ordering; custom-product terms can differ from digital services.
