What your quote includes
Every new design has a one-time setup fee, shown as its own line in your quote. For embroidered designs that is the digitizing fee, from $15; other patch types are quoted with their own setup or mold cost. A design we have already digitized for you is not charged again. Order 100 or more of one design and we add 10 patches free, and shipping is free from 100 pieces (under 100 pieces, shipping is $50). Typical 3″ embroidered patch, iron-on or sew-on backing included; the more you order, the lower the unit price. Order 100 or more of one design and we add 10 free, and shipping is free from 100 pieces (under 100 pieces it is $50). Every new design also has a one-time digitizing (setup) fee, from $15, shown as its own line in your quote. Worked example: 25 patches at 3″ = 25 × $4.80 = $120.00, plus $15.00 digitizing for the new design, plus $50.00 shipping = $185.00. Larger sizes, Velcro backing, woven, PVC, chenille and leather are priced with your quote.

Digitizing fee by design: $15 for a simple design up to about 3.5″, $18 for a standard logo, $20 for a 3D puff design, $35 for a large design and $100 for photo-style or very complex art. Leather patches are quoted personally: a typical 3″ debossed or laser-engraved leather patch runs about $7.20 each at 25 pieces, $5.85 at 50 and $4.80 at 100. Mention leather in your quote notes and we confirm the price the same day. All prices in USD per patch.
