Revisions
Changes can be made to existing digitized embroidery files. For simple revisions, we do not charge anything. For complex edits (something different from what was originally requested and quoted), we charge a fee depending on the complexity of the requested change.
What can change the timing
- Design complexity. Simple text-based logos digitize faster than intricate artwork with shading or gradients.
- Stitch count. Higher stitch counts require more planning and testing, which can add hours.
- File quality. High-resolution files speed up the digitizing process, while low-quality images require more prep work.
- Special techniques. 3D puff, appliqué, or specialty stitch effects take longer to digitize.
- Client response time. Delays in confirming size, fabric type, or color details may slow down the process.
