This policy elaborates the ins and outs of our practices, including how and why we collect your information when you acquire our digitizing/vectorizing services. The policy also explains the methods we use to collect your data that is handled for specific purposes. Nevertheless, we would also like to emphasise that we take our customers’ privacy very seriously. We never sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our customer records. We do share limited information with the companies that provide services on our behalf — for example our payment processor, our delivery carriers, our email and text message providers, and our website analytics and advertising partners — and only so that they can carry out those services for us. Those companies are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. The sections below set out exactly who they are and what they receive.
Collection of Information
All the information collected through this web portal is owned by DigitEMB. Most of it is provided to us voluntarily by customers themselves — by contacting us directly over the phone, through an email, or by registering at digitemb.com.
In addition, our website automatically collects some technical information about your visit: the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location, which pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This is described under Cookies and Tracking Technologies below.
Use of Information
We will only use the information provided by you like a call of action for the specific purpose you contact us for. We may further contact you for a follow-up, to inform you about the specials, and the latest services either via phone or email. We may also send a monthly newsletter if you have subscribed, unless or until you explicitly asked not to do so. As aforementioned, the information and the data we collect from our customers is never sold to any other enterprise or organisation. Where we share information with a service provider, it is only so that they can carry out a specific task for us, and they receive only the information needed for that task. Furthermore, the collected data and information will be utilized for digitemb.net as well.
All of the collected information including the password that you made for your account will be saved into our database for future references. (The same rules apply for DigitEMB.net as well.)

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device that lets a website remember you between visits. We use them to keep the site working properly, to understand which pages people find useful, and to measure whether our advertising is working.
The following third-party services are active on digitemb.com and may set cookies or collect information about your visit:

- Google Ads — measures which adverts lead to quote requests, and allows us to show our adverts again to people who have already visited our site.

- Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors move through our pages so we can see where people get stuck.
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site, although some parts may work less smoothly. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can control personalised advertising from within your own Google and Meta account settings. Where the law of your region requires it, we ask for your consent before these services load, and you can decline.
Service Providers and Advertising Partners
We share limited personal information with companies that perform services on our behalf. They act on our instructions, they receive only what they need for the task, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes or to sell it. These include:
- Payment processing — to take payment for your order.
- Delivery — to get your order to you.
- Email and text message delivery — to send you the messages you asked for.
- Website hosting and security.
- Advertising and analytics partners — Google and Meta, as described above.
Advertising audiences. We may provide our advertising partners with a list of customer email addresses in a scrambled (hashed) form, so that they can show our adverts to our own existing customers. The list is used only to match against those partners’ existing records for this purpose. It is not used to build a profile of you for anyone else, and it is not sold. If you would prefer not to be included, email [email protected] and we will remove you.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled separately and more strictly, as set out under Text Messaging below. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Rights
You reserve the right to instruct us to provide us with the necessary information we kept within our records. You may further address any concern or queries about us keeping your data. You may also ask us to delete your personal information from our records and we will comply with your request. Moreover, you may also ask us not to contact you any further in the future for marketing purposes or any. You may also ask us to stop including you in advertising audiences, and to stop using your information for marketing of any kind — email [email protected] and we will act on it.
Updation of Information
You are requested to make us aware of any personal information, i.e. email address, phone number(s), etc., that needs to be updated, modified, or corrected in our records at your earliest convenience.
Security Precautions
We take special precautions in order to prevent any kind of loss, damage, and modification of your personal and sensitive information, within our records, both offline and online. All the information we collect is archived and stored safely in our secure database servers. All of the information is encrypted to maximize the security of our customers. Furthermore, we will never ask you to disclose your password, except for the log-in purpose. The responsibility of safekeeping the password rests upon you. DigitEMB is not liable for any loss of data, whether it may be due to a technical error, hack or any other.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you choose to receive text messages from DigitEMB, you opt in from inside your own DigitEMB account by entering your mobile number and ticking the box for the programme you want. The boxes are never ticked by default, and consent to receive promotional text messages is never a condition of any purchase. Full programme details are published at digitemb.com/sms-terms.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with the subcontractors who perform supporting services for us, such as our SMS delivery provider, is permitted solely so that the messages you asked for can be delivered to you, and for no other purpose.
When you opt in we record which programme you agreed to, the mobile number you gave, the exact wording that was displayed to you at the time, and the date. We keep that record so that we can always demonstrate what you agreed to. If you opt out we keep a record of the opt-out as well. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by unticking the box in your account. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected], for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Amendments
We reserve the right to, and will, update this policy occasionally by issuing a newer version on our website in lieu of the changes within the business environment and the organization within. It is recommended that you visit this page from time to time, in order be aware of any and every changes or amendment made to the privacy policy.
