Digital files: embroidery digitizing and vector artwork
Nothing is posted. Finished embroidery files and vector files are emailed to the address on your order and can be downloaded from your DigitEMB account at digitemb.net. Most logos are ready the next business day; your quote shows the exact time. Our design team works Monday to Friday, so a file ordered at the weekend is started on Monday.
Unless you ask for another format we send embroidery designs as DST; the full list of formats we deliver is on our FAQ page. Ready-made designs bought in our shop are downloaded after checkout.
Custom patches
- Production: 7 to 14 business days after you approve the proof.
- Shipping charge: free from 100 pieces of one design; orders under 100 pieces pay a flat $50 shipping charge, shown as its own line in your quote.
- Quantities: minimum 10 pieces per design (woven patches: 100). Order 100 or more of one design and we add 10 patches free.
Custom stickers
- Production: shown in your quote; it depends on size, quantity, material and finish.
- Shipping charge: free from 300 pieces; orders under 300 pieces pay a flat $50 shipping charge, shown in your quote.
Where we ship and how long it takes
The shipping charges above apply to delivery addresses in the United States. For Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries, ask for a quote and we confirm the shipping charge before you pay. We email you when your order ships, with tracking details where the carrier provides them. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier and is additional to the production time.
Please check the delivery address on your order before you approve the proof; a parcel sent to an address you gave us incorrectly may be delayed or returned to us.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel arrives damaged, is missing pieces or does not match the approved proof, follow the steps in our Refund Policy within 30 days of receipt. If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, email us and we take it up with the carrier and keep you informed.
