The amount of detail, reconstruction work, color handling and required output determines the quote. Confirm the deliverable formats and the scope of revisions before work starts.
Timing & changes
Share your required arrival or file-delivery date. Ask when work starts, what approval is needed and how changes affect the price and schedule.
For physical products, include your country and postal code so transit can be estimated separately.

What should I send for custom vexel & vector illustration?

Which files should I request?
Tell us the receiving software or production process. AI, EPS, SVG and PDF are common artwork deliverables; confirm the exact formats and editability needed in your quote.
Is a PNG a vector file?
No. PNG is a raster image format. A PNG preview can accompany a vector delivery, but it does not replace the editable vector artwork.
Does vector conversion include a new logo design?
Redrawing existing artwork and designing a new identity are different scopes. State whether you want a faithful recreation or creative changes.
Are color separations included?
Request separations explicitly and provide the printer’s specifications. A vector master and a screen-print separation set are different deliverables.
