Names, titles, and the company mark.
Mix and match across a team. Different names on the same layout are quoted as one run, not as separate orders.
Name and title badges
Individual name patches, job titles and rank bars, usually 2 to 3.5 inches wide so they sit inside a chest panel without crowding the placket. Different name on every piece is fine.
Get QuoteCompany and logo patches
One company mark applied across the whole uniform range — polos, work shirts, fleeces and jackets — stitched to the same size and colour on every garment.
Get QuoteIron-on, sew-on or velcro
Iron-on for polos and shirts, sew-on where the garment gets hard wear, and hook-and-loop where a name has to be swapped between staff or shifts. Backing is included in the price.

Yes. We set the layout once and run each name against it, so a set of twenty different names is quoted as one run rather than twenty separate orders.
Most name and title badges run 2 to 3.5 inches wide, which fits a chest panel without crowding the buttons. Larger company marks usually sit between 3 and 4 inches.
Iron-on is easiest for polos and shirts. Choose sew-on where the garment takes hard wear or frequent hot washing, and hook-and-loop where the same shirt is worn by different staff and the name needs to swap.
We make the patches, not the garments. Send us your shirts' colour and we will match the patch to them, or order patches and apply them to uniforms you already have.
Minimum quantity typically starts at 10 patches, so a small team is no problem — you do not need to commit to hundreds.
Polyester thread and twill hold up well to repeated hot washing. For uniforms that go through an industrial laundry we recommend sew-on rather than iron-on, as heat-seal adhesive degrades fastest under that treatment.
Production runs 7 to 10 business days after you approve the digital proof, plus shipping. Free US shipping over $80.
