Centre pieces at 10, 12 or 15 inches wide — the sizes that actually fill the back panel of a vest. Bigger and smaller are both fine; tell us the vest and we will advise.

Sew-on backing for leather
Iron-on will not hold on leather and struggles on heavy denim, so vest work ships sew-on by default with a merrowed or laser-cut edge you can stitch straight through.

Yes — centre patch plus a top and bottom rocker is the most common order we take. We match the curve and the thread colours across all three so they read as one design.
Most vest back patches land between 10 and 15 inches wide. Measure the flat back panel of your vest and leave room for rockers above and below; send us the measurement and we will lay it out.
Sew-on. Iron-on adhesive does not bond reliably to leather and can mark the finish. We supply vest patches with a stitchable edge; iron-on is fine for cotton and light denim.
We use polyester embroidery thread and twill, which hold their colour far better than cotton under sun and rain. Edges are merrowed or laser-cut so they do not fray against wind.
Minimum quantity typically starts at 10 patches. A single one-off vest set is usually quoted separately — just ask.
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or a description and we will draw it up and send a digital proof before anything is stitched. Artwork files can be PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG.
