Import and Export with Ink/Stitch
Ink/Stitch
Topic illustrationWhy we picked it
A reference for moving designs into and out of the workspace.
Put it into practice
Keep the editable source, export a test in the required format and reopen it for inspection. Compare dimensions and color sequence before transferring it to production.
Keep a useful record
Save an editable working copy and label your experiment with its intended size and material. Compare the preview with a sample before repeating the setup on a finished item. Note what changed and what remained constant so the next attempt answers a specific question. A screen preview helps with planning, while the sewn result shows how the material behaves.
