Frequently asked questions
Why does my 3-color logo show more than 3 palette entries?
Compression artifacts and smoothed edges introduce blend colors. The coverage percentages tell the real story — your true brand colors will dominate, and the tiny percentages are edge blending.
How many colors can embroidery reproduce?
Most commercial embroidery machines run up to 15 needles, and most logos stitch beautifully in 2–8 thread colors. Gradients are simulated with blending techniques — our digitizers plan that for you as part of the order.
