Per-unit pricing depends on size, stitch coverage, border type and order quantity. A typical 3-inch round patch runs $2.40–$4.20 at quantities of 100+, dropping toward $1.60 at 1,000+. We usually send a confirmed quote within a few business hours of receiving artwork.
The minimum order is typically 10 pieces, making it easy to test designs or order small batches.
First confirm that the garment and patch backing are compatible with heat application. Follow the instructions supplied for that backing and your equipment, including temperature, time, pressure, protection and cooling. If a carrier is supplied, follow its peel instructions. Test a sample on the intended material before applying a full order. We also offer a heat-seal film backing; confirm its suitability for your intended wear and laundering conditions.
Production usually takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on your design. Rush delivery is available upon request. Shipping is FedEx or USPS — free over $80, otherwise $9–$24 by speed.
Best: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (vector). Acceptable: high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi+). In a pinch we'll redraw from a sketch, screenshot or low-res file, with one round of approvals before production.
Yes. Standard is heat-activated iron-on adhesive. We also offer no-backing raw twill (hand-sew), heat-seal film (confirm material and application compatibility), peel-and-stick adhesive, or hook-and-loop velcro. Spec it at quote time.
Simply send us your artwork or idea, choose your size, shape and backing, then approve the digital proof. Once confirmed, we begin production and ship your patches fast.
Most patches range between 2 and 4 inches, but DigitEMB creates any size you require. Your design and placement usually guide the best dimensions.
Since patches are custom made, refunds apply only to manufacturing defects or errors from our side. We ensure each order meets strict quality standards before shipping.
Most orders are completed within 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval. Larger quantities may require a little more time.
