Design Doctor
See it. Feel it. Make it.
Artwork checks and production planning: Review your design at its intended size for embroidery, patches, vector work and print. Instant checks run in your browser; continuing to an examination submits the artwork for stored results and previews. Scores and previews are advisory, not approval to manufacture. Confirm the production file, materials and a physical sample with your supplier.
Available workflow: Browser artwork checks, size-aware examination inputs and advisory results for production review. Optional tools below explain their own inputs, exports and limits.
Limits: No score guarantees stitch quality, color accuracy, supplier capacity or delivery. Previews do not replace a physical proof.
AI availability: Paid AI analysis is currently disabled or not configured. Browser checks and rule-based planning do not require paid AI. Enabling AI requires a configured provider and spending controls.

How the examination works
- Choose an artwork file supported by the upload control and review the instant browser checks.
- Enter the intended production method, physical size, fabric and placement where relevant.
- Continue to an examination if you want to submit the artwork for stored results and previews.
- Review each method's advisory findings and identify details that need supplier confirmation.
- Use available planning tools, then confirm the production file and a physical sample before manufacturing.
Frequently asked questions
What does Design Doctor check?
Design Doctor provides instant browser checks and an examination workflow for artwork intended for embroidery, patches, vector work and print. Enter the finished size and production context to interpret advisory results. Checks do not replace supplier review.
Does a high score mean my artwork is production approved?
No. Scores highlight possible artwork issues at your entered size; they do not approve a design for manufacturing. Confirm materials, digitizing, production settings and a physical sample or sew-out with your supplier.
Are previews accurate manufacturing simulations?
Previews and placement diagrams are visual planning aids. They do not reproduce actual thread, fabric, ink, equipment or supplier tolerances. Review the real product dimensions and a production sample before ordering.
When is my artwork uploaded or shared?
The instant file check runs in your browser. Continuing to the full examination submits the artwork for stored results and previews. Sharing, where enabled, creates a result link that others can open; keep shared links and downloaded artwork private when needed.
Is AI analysis enabled?
Paid AI analysis is currently disabled or not configured. Browser checks and rule-based planning do not require paid AI. Enabling AI requires a configured provider and spending controls.
Does a cost plan place an order or confirm a price?
No. A production cost plan uses entered rates and assumptions. Unknown costs stay unknown. A plan is not a supplier quote, an order, a stock confirmation or a delivery commitment.
