Plan an Ink/Stitch Workflow
Ink/Stitch
Topic illustrationWhy we picked it
A useful reference for organizing the stages of a digitizing project.
Put it into practice
Map one project into artwork preparation, stitch planning, checking and export. For each stage, write the file or decision that must exist before you continue.
Keep a useful record
Save an editable working copy and label your experiment with its intended size and material. Compare the preview with a sample before repeating the setup on a finished item. Note what changed and what remained constant so the next attempt answers a specific question. A screen preview helps with planning, while the sewn result shows how the material behaves.
