Bulk embroidery digitizing for shops

Coordinate embroidery-ready files for repeat production, shop workflows and supplied customer artwork.

Embroidery threads and patch materials for bulk digitizing planning

Built around production details

A bulk request works best when every design, placement and required file format is named clearly from the start. That gives a production team a useful brief instead of a folder of guesses.

What to include

  • Original artwork or the cleanest source available
  • Finished size and intended placement for every design
  • Required embroidery-machine format and any garment notes

Separate repeat versions early

If a logo will be used on caps, left chest placements and larger back placements, list each use separately. Stitch choices that work in one placement do not automatically fit another.

Plan the next step

Share the complete job list, then use the quote request to confirm the appropriate workflow for the artwork and required outputs.
